A fabricated waste-oil container with side walls and forklift guides. The original project included leak testing; the photos show the internal construction and inspection details.

Photos document previous work. Dimensions, load conditions, containment requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project. The scaffold photos show a scaffold build; curtain-wall panel support and restraint require their own design review.

Envelope dimensions: previous CSMFG product page. Fork dimensions are examples of vehicle information to collect (JCB fork examples), not measured pocket dimensions. Published photos do not establish safe working loads or stacking limits; these require an approved drawing, load case and verification (HSE pallet guidance).

Here is how we approach the process.
Can we start with a small sample order?
Yes. A sample or pilot order can be the first stage of a larger production program. Share the initial quantity and expected follow-on demand so the project can be scoped appropriately. Quantities and commercial terms are agreed for each project.
Do we need complete CAD drawings?
No. Existing rack photos, sketches, product images and key dimensions can start the conversation. The manufacturing information needed for production is confirmed before the build is released.
Can you match our existing stillages?
We review your drawings, sample or photographs and the interfaces that need to remain compatible. Fit and acceptance requirements are agreed and checked through the first article.
Why are there no standard sizes or load ratings?
Each project is specified around its intended use. Product weight, load distribution, handling and stacking conditions are reviewed before design and validation requirements are agreed. The examples on this page show previous work, not a universal specification.
How are repeat orders and design changes handled?
Repeat orders reference the approved drawing revision and specification. Proposed changes are reviewed and agreed before the next production release. Include the current part number and revision when requesting replenishment.
Can shipping be included in the quotation?
Share the destination and target delivery timing. Packing and shipment options can then be evaluated alongside the product quotation. The quotation states the delivery basis, assumptions and exclusions.
